The 2024 Fellows online application is now closed to new applicants. Candidates who have already completed their draft statement of intent have until March 25, 2024, to complete and submit their final application for evaluation.

Candidates will be notified by May 15, 2024, regarding the status of their application.

Eligibility Requirements to Become a Fellow

Have 15 years of A/E/C experience or marketing/business development experience.
Have been a member of SMPS for at least 10 of the previous 15 consecutive years and currently be a member in good standing. A lapse in membership under 6 months is permitted.
Have a current CPSM designation.
Complete a detailed online application that documents that includes the following information:
- Statement of Intent (formerly Candidate's Statement)
- Education
- Work history
- Contributions made to the profession
- Contributions made to SMPS
- Contributions as a mentor
- Endorsement/Testimonial letters

Application Fee. A non-refundable fee of $250 must be submitted with the application online. This fee covers applications for a total of three years.
