Application Fee

2025 Application Fee: $250

A non-refundable fee of $250 must be submitted with the application.

This fee covers applications for a total of three years.

If you applied for the Fellows designation in 2022, 2023, or 2024, please email molly@smps.org to access a special past applicant discount before submitting your application.
